so why wasn't there anything in the City Manager's report about AT&T pulling out of their plans to bring U-Verse to Park Ridge?

That wasn't much of a report about the Taste. Did he say EVERYONE involved was un-compensated? Or was he just thanking the un-compensated folks?

What's the big secret the organizers don't want to share?
