I don't know how to leave a comment to your blog under the correct section.
This is for the Park District Cell Towers issue.
It can't be $20000 per month, unless they are putting towers in every single park. Based on other Park Districts that I have googled, it is $1000-$2000 per month per tower.
If it is $20,000 per month, that means it has to be at least 10 cell towers. That would not be good, in my mind.
I think you have the facts correct, but the revenue was probably based on the quantity of towers.
