Even though I occasionally go up Cumberland between Tellcott & Touhy, I can't remember now if they put a STOP sign at Stewart.

Remember one of the maaetings where there was on lady who was hyterrical about it compared to the other neighborhood residents.

Joel Pollak went to Harvard, didn't he?

He must be a smart guy.

I guess then I'll have to assume he's knowingly violating the law.

Mike:

The answer to your question is No. There is a stop sign at Cresent and one at Belle Plaine, but none at Stewart.

I'm not aware that Pollak is breaking the law. What is it that you think he's doing?

Joel may not have anything goin' on with stopsigns but his gang has gazillions of illegally posted political signs on every treelawn and vacant lot and commercial corner and....you get the idea. Maybe Provanzano's gang at the Twp. are out in the trucks putting them up for him.
I guess the laws are made for lesser folk who didn't go to Haaavaaad. If he were a D, Frimark would come out of mothballs to stop him.

We have no reason not to believe what you've written. It's possible. Our experience and observation of the character of the man lends itself toward easy agreement. We've also heard similar reports from many different sources.

However, until a City employee is willing to step forward and stand behind the allegations made, we will not publish comments such as yours.

To the rest of our faithful PRU readers --

Sorry for the lack of posting today. We had an unexpected, extended weekend. And a good time was had by all.

Thank you for your patience and understanding -- we figure by now people know where to find what may be of interest to them.

We hope to catch-up with local doings and issues for tomorrow.
