Here's what I'm scared of this Halloween:
Cell Towers.
Rising Crime in Park Ridge.
Either of our Gov Candidates.
Either of our Senate Candidates.
Lack of quality candidates running for office here in Park Ridge.
General acceptance of average performance from D64.
Lack of true progress coming from City Hall -- on anything.
What are you scared of?
I'm scared of the shallow thinking most people seem to give to selecting candidates and public policy directions/solutions.
I'm scared of dishonest and easily corrupted elected officials at all levels of our democracy.
I'm scared of the federal NCLB legislation.
I'm scared of Bean!

The town seems very festive with all the Halloween excitement. It makes me wonder what the Burger Meister-Meister Burger has planned for Christmas?
I think it's scary candidates think these constant annoying prerecorded calls will help their cause!
