-- depending on how nannified your IT department is.
The PRU Crew feels the recent news over the brouhaha surrounding the enhanced screening procedures instituted by the TSA just prior to the holiday travel season could be quelled with an enhanced marketing campaign.
Of course, any successful marketing campaign requires a popular celebrity spokesperson.
We would like to suggest musical artist Janet Jackson.
As you can see, Ms. Jackson is already familiar with enhanced pat-down procedures -- and she would be an excellent spokesperson for a new TSA marketing campaign. The TSA could contract with Ms. Jackson to use her 'Janet' album cover for posters placed in airport terminals, which would demonstrate for airline passengers what lies ahead for them as they snake their way through the security lines.
Enjoy your own escapade this weekend!

LOL. Security theater!
I'm a frequent flyer. The whole thing is a tempest in a teapot. If people don't like the new screenings they should drive or stay home.
The 4th amendment to the US Constitution:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
My biggest peeve about this post is that I did not come up with this idea myself!
Good job PRU!
Dear Kenneth --
Thank you for the inspiration!
If we all walked around naked, the world would be a safer place.
Since its too cold, I don't mind a scan.

Unfortunately, simply choosing between the AIT or an enhanced pat-down is not always a choice.
Don't touch my junk, bro!!!!!!!!
The safety of the flying public and the government's security programs are serious subjects. There are people in this world who are determined to kill us. I don't know how I feel about these new measures because I can see both sides of the arguments.
But the PRU has a way of making me laugh about it for a brief moment. Thanks PRU.
This is no laughing matter.

We are giving up our rights to an out of control government that strip searches children.
I'm not laughing.
It is amazing how many people are now up in arms about an "out of control government" on this issue yet said nothing (and have said nothing to this day) about the Patriot Act and warrantless wiretapping.

Some of us did. We just didn't say it here.
Remind you of anyone?.....
