Speaking of appearances, would the Park Ridge Underground like to weigh in on the new sign by the library that proudly declares our city "UPTOWN"? I am having trouble putting my finger on exactly what about that really bugs me. I just hate it-- not the sign itself, but the NAME.
We're not Billy Joel fans either.
